Martha is Head of Investor Strategy at Electric Capital, where she works with the firm's limited partners and leads strategy and fundraising.

Martha has over 15 years of experience partnering with institutional investors across asset classes. Prior to Electric, Martha was a Managing Director at Bitwise Asset Management leading Business Development. Outside of crypto, Martha was Vice President of Investor Relations at TCV and spent eight years at Commonfund and BlackRock partnering with foundations, endowments, pensions, consultants, and family offices. Martha started her career at Advent International. Martha has a BA from Roanoke College with dual majors in International Relations and History.
