Thuan was most recently Head of Operations for a firm that manages learning opportunities for senior government officials from APEC countries. Thuan has prior experience as an analyst at The World Bank, IFC, and Oxfam working on promoting women's economic empowerment in Asia and Africa. Thuan has a Masters in Public Policy from Potsdam University and a Bachelors in English Literature from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies.
