Our values
We hire teammates whose integrity and demand for excellence match our culture and values:
- Founders come first. We come second: Investors lose when they develop an ego or a sense of entitlement. Founders lose when they stop believing in themselves or their companies. Everything we do is in service of supporting the founders who are building iconic companies.
- Be honest: With yourself and with others. Stay honest when it is hardest to be honest; that is when it matters most.
- Have conviction: Work only with people we are willing to fight for and fight for them.
- Demand excellence: Demand excellence from yourself, your colleagues, and founders. Work only with exceptional people and give them tremendous trust. Be unabashedly ambitious.
- Think in decades. Act in seconds: As a venture firm we are investing for the very long term, but we move with the speed and urgency of the startups we partner with.
