Baz is a coach, mentor, problem solver and truth teller. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across Meta, WhatsApp, Apple, Yahoo! Her passion is to work with leaders to assess situations and create the best solutions to solve their people problems.  

Baz has a Bachelors in International Relations from University of California, Davis.
