Thuan is a Partner and Head of Founder Platform at Electric Capital, working on building community and supporting Electric founders.

Thuan was most recently Head of Operations for a firm that manages learning opportunities for senior government officials from APEC countries. She has prior experience as an analyst at The World Bank, IFC, and Oxfam working on promoting women's economic empowerment in Asia and Africa.

She has a Masters in Public Policy from Potsdam University and a Bachelors in English Literature from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies.
